日前，内蒙古自治区包头市正式印发《包头市灵活就业人员参加住房公积金制度试点实施方案》和《包头市灵活就业人员参加住房公积金制度试点管理办法》，试点工作将于2023年11月1日起正式实施。本次试点聚焦灵活就业人员参加住房公积金制度政策体系，确立“自愿缴存，灵活取用；补贴激励，存贷挂钩；资金统筹，分类核算”的基本原则，明确了试点对象、缴存机制、存贷政策、风险管控、转移接续等相关工作内容，充分发挥住房公积金制度的普惠性和保障性。
针对“美国官员透露中美双方原则上同意在旧金山召开中美首脑会谈”的消息，11月1日，外交部发言人汪文斌在例行记者会表示，中美双方都同意朝着实现旧金山元首会晤共同努力。
