现任联合国和平大学欧洲和平与发展中心副教授的华裔学者周麟劼(Linjie Chou Zanadu)表示，中国先进技术发展迅速，中国电动汽车将落地更多发展中国家，成为国际先进技术和可靠质量的代名词，此外，在金砖合作机制和共建“一带一路”倡议下，中国将更多地彰显作为大国的责任与实力。(林卓玮)
