Jimmy Carter, who served as the 39th president of the United States from 1977 to 1981, died on Dec. 29, 2024, at the age of 100. Among Carter's many diplomatic achievements during his presidency, perhaps the most notable was promoting the establishment of diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China.
Recalling former U.S. president Jimmy Carter, Bruce Reynolds, a professor emeritus from the University of Virginia (UVA), told China News Network that Carter is a man of morality, intelligence. He is well-trained with committed attitude throughout his career. Besides, he is a man believed in facts and analysis.
Reynolds further pointed out that Carter is committed to making peace all his life and he is persisted in doing right things. He added that it is Carter’s courage that makes the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China possible, In the eyes of Carter making peace represents doing right things . 肖光睿认为，为应对这些风险，地方政府需要建立健全的数据资产管理框架，包括安全协议、合规监控、技术维护、专业人才培养和应急预案等。同时，应加强对数据资产价值评估和风险管理的研究，确保数据资产的稳健运营和价值最大化。此外，为了应对数据资产运营中的确权、交易、安全等问题，预计将有更多相关法律法规和标准出台，为数据资产运营提供规范和指导。
根据第一财经4日报道，目前，肇庆市只是要求“按套内面积计价宣传和销售”，这并不代表公摊面积不需要付费。换言之，肇庆市并未实质性取消住房公摊面积。
在崔光灿看来，把公摊面积计入建筑面积的计价方式，总体是有利于开发销售方。但目前我国住房供需关系已发生重大变化，住房销售中购房人的权益应该得到更多的保障，如果要改变为按套内面积计价的话，具备一定合理性。目前，“改变计价模式”在法律层面已不存在障碍，但在实践中，仍需开发企业等多方配合。
